考虑到建筑的不规则状态，何以设计以不增加物理隔断作为首要手段，以此减少视觉上的空间复杂度，并让不同的部门融合在一起协同工作，提高空间的通透性，从而增加迸发新灵感的可能性。
Considering the irregularity of the building, hoii design prioritized minimizing the use of physical partitions to reduce visual complexity within the space. This approach fosters integration among different departments, enabling collaborative work and enhancing spatial permeability, thereby increasing the likelihood of sparking new inspirations.

具有流动属性的光影与无影墙相呼应，叠加空间社交行为的倾向性，打造出不同场景下的功能空间，营造全新的餐厅，会议，拍摄体验。电视机两侧的白瓷板与白墙交融，邀请着人们与空间交互，减少空间带来的“班味”。
The light and shadow with flowing attributes echo with the shadowless wall, superimposing the trend of social conduct in the space, providing a functional space under varied scenes, and establishing a new restaurant, meeting, and shooting experience. The white porcelain panels on both sides of the TV blend in with the white walls, enabling visitors to connect with the room while also diminishing the “smell of toil” it emits.

前台接待处，设计师将空间功能和现代美学相结合，并从品牌LOGO中提取色彩和线条元素，植入到空间的组成中，为整个形象入口构建了一个视觉中心点。
At the reception area, the designers masterfully intertwine spatial function with modern aesthetics, drawing upon the colors and linear elements from the brand's logo and incorporating them into the spatial composition. This creates a visual focus for the entire image entrance.
近5m长的中岛台与前台互相错动，视觉焦点从裸露的天花层层降落到岛台陈列展示，先锋未来属性传递变化丰富的微感知，将品牌克制严谨属性可视化出来。
The nearly 5-meter-long center island is strategically staggered with the reception desk, guiding the visual focus from the exposed ceiling down to the display of the island. This arrangement embodies a pioneering and futuristic aesthetic, conveying a rich tapestry of subtle perceptions and visually manifesting the brand's restrained yet rigorous attributes.

The employment of brown imbues the space with an inspirational ambiance conducive to tranquility and concentration. The walnut wood becomes the visual centerpiece, surrounded by sinuous cushions that create a dynamic interplay between different levels, thereby enhancing the artistic connection within the space's perception.

PART1 Sub Era Experience Space, Blurring the Boundaries of Office Spaces
这次在上海科黛办公室的项目中，何以设计从“less is more”中汲取灵感，在满足功能与效率的基础上，打造更富有生命力的工作平台，赋能商业发展。
项目位于上海市长宁区，这座新搬迁的办公室建面结构呈不规则形态，建筑体墙面大部分不垂直。如何在要求的座位数和会议室数量的情况下，保证空间的动线，成为我们设计的难题。
For the Shanghai Corday office project, hoii design drew inspiration from the philosophy of “less is more” to create a more vibrant work platform that not only fulfills functional and efficiency requirements but also empowers business development.
The project is situated at Changning District in Shanghai, where the newly relocated office boasts an irregularly shaped floor plan with walls that are predominantly not vertical. Amidst these constraints, ensuring an efficient spatial generatrix while adhering to the specified number of seats and meeting rooms posed a significant design challenge for us.

作为办公室的形象入口，设计师匠心独运，从企业自身文化出发，将品牌的符号元素进行演变和提取，形成独特的情感符号，植入到空间的构筑当中，给人清晰明了而又耐人寻味的视觉冲击力。
As the image entrance to the office, the designers have demonstrated exceptional creativity by drawing inspiration from the company's unique culture. By evolving and extracting the brand's symbolic elements, they have crafted a distinctive emotional symbol that is seamlessly integrated into the spatial construction, creating a visually striking and thought-provoking visual impact.

动线与区域由不同的地面材质巧妙划分，走廊大量留白创造了简约的空间表面，强化了人们对空间框架和秩序的知觉。
The generatrix and zone are artfully demarcated by various floor materials, while the generous use of white space in the corridors creates a simple space surface, enhancing visitors' awareness of the spatial framework and order.

复杂的工作。
Practicality and stretch are the designers' starting points when contemplating office spaces. The neutral primary color allows users to experience a sense of spiritual detachment amidst the hustle and bustle, enabling them to tackle complex tasks with ease.
办公区域的立柱承载各部门的【头脑风暴】场景。通过穿插在员工座位区里的体块，将丰富的想象体验提炼为一系列具象化书写场景，以“裸露的混凝土原始立柱加上玻璃设计”为理念载体，精妙运用不锈钢的层板的精密性，大胆固定在玻璃上，形成弹性的空间布局组合逻辑，赋予立柱全新的功能体验，重构办公新形态。
The columns within the office area serve as the backbone for various departments' brainstorming sessions. By interspersing massing within the employee seating areas, the designers distill rich imaginative experiences into a series of concrete writing scenes. The concept revolves around "bare concrete original columns complemented by glass design," ingeniously utilizing the precision of stainless steel laminates, boldly fixed to the glass, to form a flexible spatial layout that imparts new functional experiences to the columns and reshapes the new form of offices.
大型储物架划分出产品存放的尺度，灰色的木板与符合人体功能的座椅相融，微功能无限叠加。
Large storage shelves delineate the scale for product storage, where gray wooden boards blend seamlessly with ergonomic seating, enabling infinite micro-functional overlays.
低饱和度的灰与白，烘衬出空间的办公气息，与开放式布局相呼应，彰显出公司的文化历史与全新期冀。
The low saturation of gray and white accentuates the office ambiance, resonating with the open layout and underscoring the company's cultural history and new expectations.
